  • What Are Your Delivery Options? 

We currently offer Free Delivery on all products within mainland UK only. 

 

  • Where Do You Ship From?

We ship from warehouses in the United Kingdom, the USA, Western Europe and East Asia.

 

  • What Is The Delivery Time Frame?

Our products are shipped from various warehouses in the UK and abroad. 

UK products ship between 2-5 weekdays to mainland UK only.

International products ship between 7-18 daysdependent on the product and country of origin. Occasionally, international products might be delayed by customs making delivery time slightly longer than usual.

 

  • Why Have I Not Yet Received My Tracking Number Yet?

This is usually the case when our system flags an order as having discrepancies with the order details. In this instance, delivery may be delayed as we need to investigate to verify if the order was a genuine purchase before the products are processed for delivery. We always want our customers to receive their order in a timely manner and to make certain that their card details have not been used without their knowledge or permission. 

 

  • Can I Cancel My Order After I've Made A Purchase On The Website? 

Yes of course!

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 24 hours after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - contact us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

 

  • How Do I Return Or Exchange An Item or Get A Refund? - Our Guarantee.


Dependant on product origin, we have a 10, 15 or 30 day return policy beginning only when the order is delivered to your address.

We only accept returns for damaged or incorrectly shipped items from our UK warehouse within 15 or 30 days (product dependant) to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction with your purchases.

Our international products have a 10 day return policy. 

If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item with clear pictures for evidence so we can initiate the return process with our suppliers.  

If you decide you do not like a product shipped from our UK warehouse and wish to return it, we can only refund 65% of your money. 

We DO NOT accept returns for damaged or incorrectly delivered products shipped from our overseas warehouses, but we do offer a full refund or replace the order free of charge (subject to product availability). 

We hope our premium curated product selection will meet or exceed your expectations, but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team on our Contact Us page and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process. 

 

  • What If The Item I Ordered Arrives Broken Or Damaged?


We'll make it up to you. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers and suppliers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with pictures for evidence and we'll be happy to give you a refund or replace the product. 

 

  • Out Of Stock Items

If the item you've purchased is out of stock we will inform you by email, cancel your order and refund your money.

We accept all major Payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We also accept Klarna.
